We hold what we buy
Primekey is a special purpose vehicle registered under SIC code 68209, letting and operating our own property. We are not developers and we are not traders. That is a deliberate choice and it is visible on the public record.
Void months cost more than repairs
A good tenant who stays is worth more than a rent rise that pushes them out. We fix things quickly because it is cheaper than re-letting.
Compliance is not paperwork
Gas safety, electrical condition reports, energy performance, deposit protection, right to rent. Each one has a penalty attached and a date it falls due. We track them so landlords do not have to.
