You own the property. We handle everything that comes with it. This is full management, not tenant-find with a phone number attached.
What is included
- Marketing and tenant find, including viewings.
- Referencing, right to rent checks, and the tenancy agreement.
- Deposit taken and protected in a government-approved scheme, with the prescribed information served on time.
- Rent collected, arrears chased early, and statements sent to you.
- Repairs arranged with contractors we use regularly, with an agreed limit under which we act without calling you first.
- Periodic inspections with a written report.
- A compliance calendar covering gas safety, electrical condition reports, energy performance, and alarms, with certificates renewed before they lapse.
- Renewals, rent reviews, and end of tenancy, including the deposit return.
